About Us
For nearly 20 years we have offered personal fitness training in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. We can train you in our facilities or in your home or office. We also offer special personal training for senior citizens and people with special needs. Our personal trainers can customize fitness and weight loss programs designed to blend nutrition and exercise into your life; building strength, flexibility and aerobic health enabling you to comfortably negotiate the physical demands of your activities, work performance and lifestyle.
Fit Philosophy
At FIT, we believe that long-term success depends on a dedication to a serious lifestyle management program. The lifestyle changes you will adopt at our FITness center are designed to help you make positive changes in your life. At FIT we will teach you to reduce unhealthy body weight, develop lean muscle mass, and increase your level of physical activity. The FIT method will teach you to manipulate and strategically improve your metabolic rate and to enhance catabolic hormonal development to augment muscular growth and the development of lean muscle mass which will in turn result in more efficient workouts building lean muscle and burning fat. FIT starts with the premise that fitness is a condition of both the mind and the body — and that the two are not separate. It takes a healthy mind to make a healthy body, and vice versa. Lifestyle incorporates both equally.

Free Consultation
Your first appointment at FIT with a Certified Personal Trainer, is complimentary. Please call or email us (202-255-7814 & info@fit-dc.com). The consultation takes about 40 minutes. We will discuss lesson planning and program design, fitness strategies, field your questions, discuss your goals and limitations, and discuss scheduling.
