Basic fitness evaluation, equipment orientation, Set-up of exercise/fitness routine to tone and strengthen muscles. Individualized instruction and spotting.
15 Sessions, $1275.00 ($85.00 per session.)
20 Session Package.
Full fitness and diet evaluation, equipment orientation, set-up of exercise/fitness routine, Assisted Stretching, Individualized instruction and spotting. Homework assignments, travel routines.
20 Sessions, $1600.00 ($80.00 per session.)
30 Session Full Fitness Package
Full fitness and diet evaluation, equipment orientation, Setup of exercise/fitness routine, Assisted stretching, Comprehensive fitness & fit-living counseling, Individualized instruction and spotting. Homework assignments, travel routines.
30 Sessions, $2310.00 ($77.00 per session)
50 Session Full Fitness Package
Equipment orientation. Set-up of exercise/fitness routine, Assisted stretching, Comprehensive fitness & fit-living counseling, Individualized instruction and spotting. Homework assignments, travel routines.
50 Sessions, $3750.00 ($75.00 per session)
LUNCH TIME PACKAGE
(Monday thru Friday 12 pm only)
